Property Investment Consultant – Manchester – Up to £25,000 basic, OTE £60,000

Located in the heart of Manchester, one of the UK's fastest growing independent investment companies are searching for a Property Investment Consultant.

What you will be doing

• Qualifying clients, educating them on the property markets
• Building strong relationships with clients
• Conducting client meetings/presentations
• Closing deals

What you will have

• Previous experience working within property investment sales
• Great sales flair and customer focus, with experience gained from a previous sales role
• Strong resilience, ability to handle rejections, overcoming objections and setbacks and dealing with the highs and lows
• Full driving licence needed - site visits / client meetings are required
