Property Investment Consultant – Manchester – Up to £30,000, OTE £80k +

With year-on-year growth and success, this firm with over 25 years experience, who have established itself as a leader in the UK property investment market are looking for an ambitious, driven, and experienced sales professional to join the success.

If you want to secure £80k+ earnings and a future career in a growing company whilst enjoying working no weekends and early finishes on Fridays, this is the role for you!

What’s in it for you

• Annual salary up to £30,000 basic salary, dependant on industry experience and proven sales record and prior success
• Realistic and proven OTE that can be demonstrated from existing sales staff are £80,000 + per annum
• Paid by the Company provided you park in the NCP
• 21 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays 
• Extra day off on your birthday
• No weekends
• Working hours 37.5 hours per week, later starts on Mondays and early finish on Fridays
• Mondays 10 - 6, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays 9 - 6, Fridays 9 - 4:30

What you’ll be doing

• Speaking to Investors who have enquired about the various property investments and selling some of the best property investments in the UK.
• Most dialogue is office based via telephone in a sales office but there is opportunity to meet clients on-site and show them the development first hand if needed 
• Conversations are at a high, commercial level about what is happening in the property market, the financial returns, and opportunities each property investment presents and will best suit their investment goals and criteria
• Ringing outbound and follow up enquiries, meet call backs and introduce new opportunities to investors is critical

What you’ll have

• Previous experience in the property investment sales industry
• Listening skills are imperative to understand what opportunity suits each individual investor
