Residential Conveyancer – Manchester – Up to £43,000

What’s in it for you

• Annual salary £39,000 to £43,000 DOE
• Uncapped bonus
• 5 day working week, working no more than 37.5 hours per week
• Core hours are 9am – 5:30pm, however the office is open, 8am – 7pm Mon – Fri, 9:30am-4:30pm on Sat, and 10am-3:30pm on Sunday so will be working on a rota
• 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Additional day accrued for every year of service, capping at 27 days

What you’ll be doing

• Handling more complex matters such shared ownership, unregistered properties, acting for companies, lease variations and extensions, and new builds
• Ensure due diligence in all areas of processing a residential property transactions
• Provide day to day coaching and mentoring for Team Members as required
• Carry out file reviews prior to exchange of contracts

What you will have

• Qualified with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX)
• Knowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• Significant experience in managing a conveyancing caseload
