Senior Conveyancing Fee Earner – Derby - Up to £50,000

What you will be doing

• Managing a caseload of 100 – 120 files from inception to completion and caseload to include complex files
• Handling all legal aspects of the conveyancing process
• Delivering high quality advice on residential property transactions
• Overseeing and helping junior members of the team where needed

What you will have

• Ideally experienced with more complex files
• Preferably either a Licensed Conveyancer, Qualified Solicitor, or CILEX, however not essential, but hold strong experience working within residential conveyancing
• Ability to title check
