Property Acquisition Consultant – Manchester – Up to £25,000, OTE £45,000+

• Up to £25,000 (Dependent on experience) 
• Realistic OTE - £45,000+
• Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and every other Saturday 9am - 1pm

What you’ll be doing

• Provide consultations to customers making an enquiry to sell their property
• Qualify customers to business standards and book appointments for them to meet with one of our property valuation managers
• Follow up on appointments and secure instructions for customers to sell their property to or through us
• Manage diaries of the property valuation managers
• Identify property deals and respond proactively

What you will have

• Proven experience and success in a consultative sales role
• Property experience or knowledge is desirable
• Previous telesales experience
