Residential Conveyancer - Remote - Up to £50,000 DOE

What you will be doing

  • Managing a mixed and varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion
  • To include freehold and leasehold, shared ownership and new build
  • Manageable caseload sizes of between 60 and 70 files

What you will have

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience running a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Ability to title check
  • The firm is technology led and therefore you must be a proficient user of a case management system
