What you’ll be doing

• Work with your team to deliver top class conveyancing to clients, working on freehold and leasehold sale, purchase and remortgage transactions
• Solve complex legal problems, rather than boring, repetitive admin tasks
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the less experienced members of your team and learn for the more experienced
• Help the firms designers and software developers to improve the tools you’re using every day
• Find proactive, risk-based solutions to speed up transactions
• Speak to clients about the more complex elements of their case

What you will have

• Be a licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, with 3+ years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Be comfortable communicating in a clear and simple way that makes sense to clients and avoids legal jargon
• Have outstanding technical skills and strong knowledge of conveyancing
• A strategic thinker, a strong communicator and a keen problem solver who knows how to assess risk
