Lettings Property Manager – Bolton – Up to £28,000 Basic DOE

What you will be doing

• Supporting the property management team with dealing with maintenance issues
• Successfully liaising with tenants, contractors and landlords
• Chasing rents and ensuring all properties are compliant with correct certification in place
• Creating check in inventories and documentation
• Carrying out property inspections and occasional viewings and valuations

What you will have

• Previous experience working as a Property Manager
• Computer literate, familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook
• Local knowledge is advantageous
• Holds a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
