Branch Manager – Low Fell – Up to £28,000 PLUS commission and bonus

What you will be doing

  • Managing the Sales and lettings operation on a day-to-day basis
  • Training and mentoring the Sales and lettings team so they can grow and develop their own careers
  • Building and improving the brand in the locality with the intention of increasing market share and revenue
  • Identifing possible opportunities within the local marketplace and suggest ways to make use of the opportunities. Your ideas will be truly valued!

What you will have

We are wanting to speak to Sales & Letting Managers and Branch Managers who have experience in residential estate agency.

  • Some management experience is essential
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • The motivation and ability to develop and close on new business
  • A vision to build the next chapter of your career over a period of years 
  • Strong knowledge of the North East property market
