Sales Negotiator – Jesmond – £23,000 - £25,000 basic, OTE £30,000 +

As the Sales Negotiator you will be the first point of contact for buyers and sellers. You will be advising and helping them through their property search, purchase and finally helping to ensure they move in or complete on their purchase in a smooth and timely manner.

• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays which rises to 26 days after two years
• Monday – Friday 08:45 – 17:00, every other Saturday 09:00 – 13:00 with a day off in the week

What you will be doing

• Agreeing sales & progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Generating and booking valuations
• Conducting property viewings 
• Build relationships with Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register
• Prepare property details and write property descriptions and arrange photographs and floorplans

What you’ll have

• Experience working within property, ideally Estate Agency  
• Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
