Property Manager – Manchester – Up to £35K DOE + Comms

Due to recent expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join one of South Manchester’s largest independent estate agents.

This firm is devoted to assisting their staff in progressing and developing within their role, therefore offering a range of benefits including an incredible, uncapped commission structure that allows for unlimited earning potential.

• £27,000 to £35,000 basic annual salary DOE

What you will be doing

• As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You'll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
• Overseeing incoming property maintenance
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Coordinating with contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

What you will have

• Experience in property lettings is essential in this role
• 2 years experience within a similar role
• Previous property management experience
• Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
