We would like to speak with Property Managers based in Newcastle about this opportunity!

Ideally you will have experience in resi and commercial property management, but if you have experience in either, we would still really like to speak with you!

This firm provides property and business consultancy services across Northern England and Southern Scotland. They have a team of 80+ that operate from six offices providing innovative solutions for clients across the residential, commercial, rural and development sectors.

What you will be doing

  • If you have the current experience, you will be dealing with both residential and commercial property management
  • Delivering the best service to landlord clients, tenants, contractors and internal contacts
  • Ensuring continuity of business and an excellent reputation in the market by going the extra mile
  • Pro-actively managing problematic situations to the satisfaction of all parties
  • Ensuring compliance with strict lettings legislation and company policies at all times
  • Dealing with all aspects of property management, from compiling inventories, to dealing with day-to-day repairs, insurance claims, receiving and remitting rents, processing and payment of invoices, arrears, check outs, and deposit disputes
  • Taking part in business activities to promote the business in the wider community
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with reliable contractors

What you will have

  • Previous Property Management Experience, in residential, commercial so ideally both
  • Superb organisational and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure
  • A full UK driving licence and own car for work
  • The drive and dedication to maintain high standards of professionalism with clients, colleagues and contractors
