We would like to speak with people with strong admin experience within the property sector who are based in Newcastle about this opportunity!

Ideally you will have admin experience in resi or commercial property management, but if you have experience in property in general, we would still really like to speak with you!

This firm provides property and business consultancy services across Northern England and Southern Scotland. They have a team of 80+ that operate from six offices providing innovative solutions for clients across the residential, commercial, rural and development sectors.

What you will be doing

  • Support the Property Management team in their daily roles
  • Pro-actively communicate with clients to maintain high service levels
  • Processing invoices, dealing with utility providers and bills, general business administration
  • Being the first point of contact for tenant repairs and organising works
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure jobs are completed satisfactorily within a reasonable timeframe
  • Dealing with day to day client and tenant queries
  • Assisting the Property Management team with compliance

What you will have

  • Have previous administrative experience, ideally in a property environment (not essential)
  • Be articulate, with excellent communication skills
  • Have the ability to prioritise a very busy and varied workload
  • Work well under pressure and keep calm in all dealings with clients and colleagues
  • Possess excellent time management skills
