Customer Service Advisor (residential lettings) – Newcastle – Up to £24,000

This a great opportunity to get into the property sector, using all your previous customer service experience, to assist with the promotion and day to day enquiries for one of the leading Build to Rent providers in the country!

What you will be doing

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play an integral part in the occupancy levels of apartment buildings across England.

  • Be the first line of contact for customers, providing knowledgeable and accurate information about homes available to rent
  • Receive and respond to enquiries from the website, CRM system, phone, social media and email
  • Build rapport with customers, positioning them well to meet the onsite resident services team for viewings
  • Use the applicant database to make phone enquiries and convert them into leads where possible
  • Qualify leads according to the company applicant criteria
  • Book customers onto viewings
  • Keep up to date with the companies proposition, key messages and developments
  • Undertake regular audits of the system to ensure records are up to date, statuses are correct and duplicate records are cleared

What you will have

  • Customer focused with a commitment to and passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail an organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills: experience in using Outlook, Word and Excel and ideally use of a CRM system
  • Previous sales or telesales experience in a call centre or face to face sales would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of basic property legislation would be beneficial
