We would like to speak with people who have strong admin experience about this opportunity in Hexham, where you will be supporting the rural services team within a large property group!

Ideally you will have admin experience in rural property services, but if you have experience in property in general, we would still really like to speak with you!

This firm provides property and business consultancy services across Northern England and Southern Scotland. They have a team of 80+ people that operate from six offices providing innovative solutions for clients across the residential, commercial, rural and development sectors.

What you will be doing

  • Provide effective support to the fee earners in all forms of general administration including audio typing and diary management
  • Liaise with clients on a daily basis, ensuring all file records are up to date and compliance is followed from the outset
  • Assist and contribute with client fee earning work
  • Assess priorities while organising a number of fee earners
  • Operate and understand internal invoicing systems

What you will have

  • Be highly competent in all aspects of ICT, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ideally have some knowledge of agriculture
  • Have the ability to think and plan ahead for team members
  • Have excellent client care skills, strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Have an understanding of financials and a head for numbers
