Sales Negotiator – Harrogate  - £23,000 - £27,000 plus bonus

What will you be doing

• You will be the first point of contact for anyone thinking about looking for a new home to buy or if they have a home to sell
• Building rapport and understanding your clients needs is paramount, so you must be a good listener!
• You will be suggesting properties to view and negotiating offers on properties
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Help the team with identity new business opportunities

What you will have

• Experience working in Estate Agency Sales
• Be a problem solver and have the ability to deal with all kinds of different clients
• You are keen to learn and improve
• A driving licence and access to your own vehicle would be great but not essential
