Sales Negotiator – Manchester City Centre – Up to £25,000 DOE + commissions

A highly successful, independent estate agency, with a strong presence and a good market share are looking to provide a fantastic career for an experienced Sales Negotiator.

You’ll be based in the Manchester city centre office, with a close-knit team of ambitious individuals, at a firm who have the development and wellbeing of their team at the forefront of everything they do.

What you’ll be doing

  • Presenting available products or services to potential clients, emphasising their key features and benefits
  • Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Proactively generating leads through various channels and maintaining a consistent pipeline of opportunities
  • Managing listings and ensuring accurate information is provided to clients
  • Using persuasive communication and negotiation techniques to secure favourable agreements
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and addressing client inquiries or concerns
  • Achieving sales targets and performance KPI’s set by management

What you will have

  • Previous Estate Agency experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong knowledge of Manchester City Centre market
