Senior Lettings Negotiator – Liverpool – Up to £30,000 DOE plus commissions

A number one Shared-Housing agency in Liverpool, have an opportunity for a talented Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly & hardworking team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maximising and optimising the rental portfolio
  • Leading and managing the lettings team to be high performing
  • Produce reports with KPI’s to evaluate performance of the team/function
  • Provide solutions to problems and suggestions to improve operations
  • Booking & conducting viewings
  • Onboarding new tenants and landlords onto our CRM
  • Actively seeking & signing up new landlords and properties
  • Conducting rental appraisals for prospective landlords
  • Overseeing the processing of tenant applications and reference checks
  • Taking the lead on producing marketing material for our rental units
  • Systematically conducting rent reviews and increases across the portfolio
  • Processing move-ins/move-outs
  • Supporting property management with deposit claims

What you’ll have

  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in similar role, including HMO & Student Lettings
  • Keen interest in Property Management and Lettings
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft office
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills
  • Full Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
  • Knowledge of local area is preferable
