Auction Consultant – Newcastle - Up to £25,000 basic plus commission

This Property Auction Consultant role is with a constantly evolving independent firm, who have grown from one Estate Agency office to twenty six across the North East, plus an industry leading Auction Department who support Agents throughout the UK, makes this an exciting group to be part of! You will be part of a national team with circa 200 members, based out the Newcastle Auction office.
Their modern offices are located close by to lots of amenities, such as restaurants, shops and even a cinema. With ample free parking, it’s also easily commutable by car.
What's in it for you
- £22,000 - £25,000 Basic salary plus commissions
- £60,000 Realistic OTE (some consultants are earning over £100,000!)
- Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm

What you will be doing
- Working closely with the vendors and branches in obtaining additional information to instruct sales, and relevant documentation
- Liaising with vendors and solicitors by telephone dealing with queries
- Building upon and developing good working relationships
- Selling the benefits of auction
What you will have
- 12 months minimum Estate Agency experience
- Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
- Natural sales flair
- Be capable of working within a fast-paced environment
