Property Manager – Liverpool – Up to £28,000

What you’ll be doing

  • Be responsible for overseeing a Manchester based residential block of apartments
  • Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries
  • Conducting Viewings and ensuring full occupancy and Residential units where required
  • Dealing with any formal complaints from tenants and landlords in line with company policy and  procedures           
  • Co-ordinating maintenance for properties including liaising with contractors and Landlords to ensure authorisation for work and the management of any associated invoices
  • Attending tenants / owners’ properties, in the event of any major incidents, to ensure they are kept up to date, and liaising with contractors and maintenance teams to ensure all works are completed quickly
  • Ensure strict adherence to relevant legislation and regulations, including the Housing Act, GDPR, and AML, in all letting’s activities
  • Dealing with Deposit returns, processing invoices to allocate to deposits, organising deposit release, and dealing with deposit disputes and associated evidence
  • Processing tenant move ins including overseeing property inventory inspections and consulting with Property Manager to ensure timely re-letting

What you will have

  • At least 3 years’ experience in the lettings business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer literate
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation
  • Proven track record in achieving lettings targets
