Senior Lettings Negotiator – Liverpool – Up to £27,000 plus commission

An ambitious student accommodation company, who have just finished their second hugely successful financial year, growing at a rate of over 50% year-on-year with a plan to become a leading and national operator are now requiring a Lettings Negotiator to be a part of the success.

What you’ll be doing

  • Help build and grow the lettings department and play an integral role in the success of the business
  • Manage the sales process end to end
  • Marketing Houses via portals
  • Project manage and assist in the staging of professional marketing photos
  • Creating adverts, whether this be on spare room, Instagram, Facebook or looking at other ways of reaching a target audience
  • Handling advert responses
  • Conducting own viewings
  • Negotiating rents
  • Managing and organising student ambassadors
  • Carrying out inspections
  • Arranging contracts and move ins
  • Working closely with the property management team and maintenance team to help resolve tenant issues
  • You will also be a key member of the team supporting the business in its ambitious and expansive next growth phase

What you’ll have

  • Previous Lettings experience
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • An ambitious individual with a drive to succeed alongside a can-do attitude
  • Excellent time management and good communication skills
