Property Sourcer – Warrington/hybrid - £27,945 plus commission – 12 month contract 

We are working with one of the largest providers of homes for people who are in need of housing. This organisation is supporting tens of thousands of families throughout the country and are in desperate need of more properties! 

In summary, your role is to arrange appointments with landlords and other types of property owners, for one of your colleagues to visit and explain the offering. You will mainly work on warm incoming leads, but cold calling is also expected. 

Your week will be split between time in the office and time at home, but please appreciate for the first few weeks you will be expected in the office most days to learn your new role! 

What you will be doing

  • Delivering required property acquisition levels to support accommodation needs across the Midlands, East of England and North West regions
  • Establishing and building landlord, agent, and investor relationships through inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Working within parameters and guidance for property acquisition to ensure only suitable properties are entered onto the pipeline
  • Contributing and collaborating with the wider property team and department to support effective change implementation and new property acquisition initiatives
  • Attending and effectively representing the business at landlord, agent and investor events, road shows, and networking opportunities in person and virtually throughout the year
  • Supporting internally hosted landlord and investor events throughout the year
  • Researching and innovating brand new ways and opportunities for sourcing properties

What you will have

If you are currently working in a sales environment within property, then this position could be ideal for you! 

  • Ability to successfully engage and create successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to effectively communicate across a range of stakeholders, tailoring language to deliver clear and consistent messages 
  • The ability to respond and perform well within a dynamic none scripted and fast paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car
