Regional Manager Estate Agency – North East – £40,000 - £45,000 basic, OTE £70,000 plus

Play a pivotal part in the evolution

You will be working for one of the longest standing independent Estate Agency groups in the North East who have recently secured some big names in the industry to help with the evolution of this multi disciplinary property group!

As a Regional Estate Agency Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the growth and performance of multiple offices and will of course reap the reward for your influence with uncapped bonus!

You will be tasked with improving and refining the process and performance for the sales, lettings and financial services departments which means your opportunity to make a big impact and make a name for yourself couldn’t be better!

This position requires someone who really understands how a business works, how to analyse performance and implement improvement strategies whilst motivating and developing all team members which includes Branch Managers, Valuers, negotiators and support staff.

What you will be doing

  • Oversee operations within your designated region, ensuring each branch meets company standards
  • Maximise revenue from the primary income streams to enhance overall profitability
  • Assist and mentor branch managers and their teams to achieve targets, increase market share, and enhance overall performance
  • Assess branch and manager performance, identify areas for improvement, implement corrective plans, and provide constructive feedback and recognition
  • Work closely with the Head of Residential to drive business growth and align regional activities with overall company objectives
  • Maintain optimal staffing levels to ensure smooth branch operations
  • Recognise and address training requirements to enhance team capabilities
  • Lead and present at strategic network meetings to drive business improvement and growth
  • Manage escalated complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation

What you will have

  • Experience in Estate Agency at a minimum of Branch Manager level is essential   
  • Proven track record of successfully improving an Estate Agency business
  • A genuine hunger to be successful as an individual and as part of a wider team
  • A full UK driving licence
