Property Manager – Manchester – Up to £35K DOE

Due to recent expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join one of South Manchester’s largest independent estate agents.

• £27,000 to £35,000 basic annual salary DOE
• 22 days annual leave, excluding all public holidays

What you will be doing

• As a property manager, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
• You'll play a crucial role in the management of growing the residential portfolio
• Overseeing incoming property maintenance
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Coordinating with contractors
• Liaising with landlords and tenants
• Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements

What you will have

• Experience in property lettings is essential in this role
• 2 years experience within a similar role
• Previous property management experience
• Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
