Sales Progressor – Southport - £28,000 basic plus commission

Now due to their continued success, they’re looking for a talented Sales Progressor to join their friendly team of 15.

What you’ll be doing

• Looking after a manageable portfolio of properties
• Update and maintain notes for your portfolio, keep clients constantly and fully updated with the progress
• Liaising with vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents
• Sending out memos, chasing access calls, dealing with surveys & renegotiations, helping clients fill out paperwork, speaking to solicitors, and anything that is required to progress the file to the point of exchange
• Upsell some of the recommended financial services/solicitors

What you’ll have

• Either Estate Agency Sales Progression / Conveyancing Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
