Lettings Property Manager – Southport – Up to £30,000 DOE

Now due to their continued success, they’re looking for a talented Lettings Property Manager to join their friendly team of 15.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing a portfolio of properties
• Landlord/Tenant interaction - as their main point of contact, providing a prompt and professional service by phone and email
• Conducting regular property inspections and visits 
• Book in and follow works through to completion with contractors and maintenance staff 
• Arranging initial/renewal of compliance certificates such as Gas, EICR, Pat testing
• Assisting with the process and collection of tenant arrears

What you’ll have

• Either Property management or Senior Lettings Negotiator experience
• Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
