Sales Progressor – Harrogate - £25,000 to £27,000 plus bonus

Nestled in the stunning market town of Harrogate, this busy office at an award-winning, market leading Estate Agents are looking for a talented Sales Progressor to be a part of their valued team.

This is a very busy office so there will be no shortage of sales for you to progress and clients to help get moved.

What will you be doing

• Looking after a manageable portfolio of SSTC properties, ensuring the sales Exchange and Complete in a timely and efficient manner
• Liaising with and constantly updating all parties concerned, including Vendors, Purchasers, Solicitors, Financial Advisors, Surveyors and other Estate Agents
• Sending out Memorandums of Sale, chasing access calls and dealing with surveys
• Update and maintain notes on the in-house CRM
• Organising your own daily workflow

What you will have

• A passion for the property industry
• Experience of Sales Progression – ideally in a full-time sales progression role but if you are a negotiator who has good experience progressing sales then that’s great
• A background of working in a busy office environment, able to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, along with excellent organisational skills
