Property Manager – Newcastle - £24,000pa

New Property Manager role, joining a team of award winning property specialists at an extremely busy Property Management company based in the North Kenton area of Newcastle-upon-Tyne

• £24,000 annual salary plus discretionary bonus
• 23 days leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 2 years
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm
• No weekends

What you will be doing

• Managing a residential lettings portfolio spread across the North East
• Arranging and supporting managed property repairs and maintenance, negotiating with suppliers to get the best results for your clients
• Visiting properties across the portfolio, undertaking inventories, inspections, move-ins and outs
• Being a vital part of the wider lettings team, working together to achieve common goals

What you will have 

• Experience of working in Property Management
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle 
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with written and verbal
• Strong IT skills
