Property Auction Specialist – Home Based – £28,000 basic plus commission

We have worked with this business for many years placing people in various positions across the UK. They are the leading property auction providers in the country whose innovation, technology, and attention to employees is second to none! 

You will be based at home, supporting partner estate agents with promoting and securing residential property to go into the auction, supported by a team and a team leader for anything you need. If you are really successful in this position, then a pathway to a more senior role is available.

What you will be doing 

• Building upon and develop new or existing relationships with Partner Estate Agents
• Educating Partner Agents and vendors on the benefits of auction and how it could be a better route to sell their property
• Daily interactions with Partner Agents utilising various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology
• Encouraging Partner Estate Agents to speak to vendors about the benefits of auction
• Familiarise yourself with the available marketing support library and agree marketing strategy in partnership with your portfolio of Partner Estate Agents to generate potential buyers and vendors
• Handling all offer negotiations on behalf of Partner Estate Agents with vendors and buyers
• Effectively handling any stage one customer complaints from your own portfolio of properties ensuring a successful outcome

What you will have 

• Current experience in Estate Agency is an absolute MUST!
• Three years minimum Estate Agency experience
• Track record of success in a target driven environment
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of video conferencing and virtual call handling and use CRM systems
