Branch Manager/Valuer – Liverpool - £30,000 Basic, OTE £50,000 +

What you will be doing

• Conducting Market Appraisals for a busy branch
• Instructing new properties
• Managing a small sales team
• Maximising fee growth and conversion rates
• Advising Local Builders and Developers
• Developing additional income stream such as Lettings, Conveyancing and Mortgages
• Assisting in the future direction of the company with ideas and suggestions to improve service and the local property market
• Be aware of new business opportunities which may arise and be able to present your ideas to the business owners in such a way as to gain support in developing those ideas

What you will have

• Previous experience as a Sales Manager Valuer
• Strong knowledge of the local market
• Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
