They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Property Investment Consultant to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What you’ll be doing

• Responding to client enquiries and providing comprehensive information about investment properties and market conditions
• Negotiating with clients & closing out investment discussions to ensure clients proceed
• Clearly explaining an investment recommendation and analysis
• Keeping a good flow of property investment opportunities coming into the business
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their preferences and needs
• Handling all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact and follow-up to closing the sale and post-sales support

What you will have

• Must have property investment experience
• Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest, LTV etc.)
• Highly target driven with the ability to produce strong results consistently
• A professional manner in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
