Lettings Coordinator – Bolton – Up to £28K DOE

What you will be doing
- As a Lettings Coordinator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
- You'll play a crucial role in the running of the lettings department and making sure the property portfolio is kept up to date
- Overseeing incoming property maintenance issues / enquires
- Arranging and conducting property inspections
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements
- Managing lettings administration and enquiries
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Booking in viewings and other appointments
- Assisting with the applicant referencing process
What you will have
- Experience in property lettings is essential in this role
- Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
