Lettings Coordinator – Bolton – Up to £28K DOE

What you will be doing

  • As a Lettings Coordinator, you will need to have a positive approach to handling a wide variety of enquiries, which makes this a very interesting and rewarding working environment
  • You'll play a crucial role in the running of the lettings department and making sure the property portfolio is kept up to date
  • Overseeing incoming property maintenance issues / enquires
  • Arranging and conducting property inspections
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Overseeing all compliance and legal regulatory requirements
  • Managing lettings administration and enquiries
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Booking in viewings and other appointments
  • Assisting with the applicant referencing process

What you will have

  • Experience in property lettings is essential in this role
  • Knowledge of rental and tenancy laws and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Currently studying ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
