Office Manager – Cleckheaton – Up to £30,000 basic + commission

An Award Winning Independent Estate Agent, based across four locations, who sell and let homes at all ends of the market, are on the hunt for an Office Manager. The company is huge on customer service, so you must be someone who holds that in very high regard if joining this business is going to work for you!
You'll be joining their Cleckheaton Branch, where you'll oversee the day to day operations in the office, be the right hand person to the Director and also get involved in the day to day duties within a busy Estate Agency.
What's in it for you
- Up to £30,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Commission package and bonus’ taking your OTE to circa £35,000
- Support and funding of professional qualifications
- Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30
- One in three Saturdays, 09:00 – 13:00
What will you be doing
In the main part, keeping on top of the sales operation and helping/mentoring other members of the team.
You will be a senior figure in the office to offer assistance and your experience every step of the way. As we know, some tricky situations can occur in the property world, so your expertise will be needed to handle these sorts of things.
What you'll have
We would like to introduce to our client, someone who has experience across the Sales side of Estate Agency who also has leadership experience or the right qualities to step up into a leadership role.
- Comfortable with all aspects of Estate Agency including Sales Progression
- A natural leader, the ability to manage own workload as well as other peoples
- Ability to deal with complaints and come up with effective resolutions
- A motivator, someone who can lead a team to achieve great results
