Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – St Helens – Up to £35,000 plus commission

What you’ll be doing

• Undertaking varied conveyancing work role on sale and purchase files, with an emphasis on new build
• Carrying out the conveyancing work to ensure that good and marketable legal title is obtained on behalf of the client and adherence with the lender requirements and CQS protocol
• Effective management of emails and telephone calls
• Delivering strong client service through effective communication with clients and proactive management of cases
• Financial control with particular regard to accurate representation of completion statements and bills and effective collection of monies on account

What you will have

• At least 3 years experience working as a Fee Earner within residential conveyancing
• Strong communication skills
• Previous use of a case management experience
