They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Sales Manager to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What’s in it for you

• Salary 15,000 AED
• Tiered commission based on exchange total
• OTE 30-35K - Paid per month 
• All salaries and commissions quoted are on a monthly basis tax free
• Average deal commission is around £19,000

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and managing a team of Investment Consultants and coordinators in Dubai, driving them to achieve sales targets in the UK property market
• Identifying new business opportunities and expand the client base
• Developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring and enhancing team performance, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
• Staying updated on market trends, providing expert advice, and expanding the client base
• Setting clear targets, track performance, utilise CRM systems, and represent the company at industry events
• Attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
