They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Sales Progressor to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What’s in it for you

• Salary 10,000 -12,000 AED (based on experience)
• Tiered commission based on exchange total, OTE around 15-18k - Paid per month
• All salaries and commissions quoted are on a monthly basis tax free
• Average deal commission is around £19,000

What you’ll be doing

• Responsible for the process of property sales from the point of reservation through to completion
• Ensuring exchanges are completed seamlessly within the company standard timeframes
• Liaising with buyers, developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions
• Maintaining daily communications with all parties involved in the sales process to provide updates and address any issues via zoom/google meets
• Ensuring all required legal documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.

What you’ll have

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales progression, property sales, or conveyancing
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, conveyancing procedures, and relevant regulations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
