They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Investment Consultant to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What’s in it for you

• Retainer 10,000 AED (deducted from commission)
• 25% Commission of company revenue per deal for all self gen deals - Paid per month 
• Investment consultants in Dubai do not get a salary, they have a retainer. This means you will be paid 10k AED per month, once you do a deal the 10k is deducted from your commissions
• All salaries and commissions quoted are on a monthly basis tax free
• Average deal commission is around £19,000

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting virtual consultations to understand and meet clients' investment goals, building and maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high client satisfaction through exceptional service
• Developing and executing sales strategies to exceed targets, seeking new clients via online channels, and presenting property investment opportunities persuasively
• Staying updated on UK property market trends and using tools like Google Earth, providing informed investment advice, analyse market data, and maintaining accurate CRM records
• Preparing detailed cash flow analyses and delivering compelling presentations
• Offer tailored investment solutions in UK properties
• Proactively seek out new clients and business opportunities through various channels

What you’ll have

• Thorough understanding of the UK property market
• Previous experience working within property investment
• High energy, positive attitude, and an infectious personality that people enjoy being around
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner
• Basic understanding of cash flow and economic principles
