Building Surveyor – Newcastle – £50,000 to £60,000 plus benefits

What you will be doing
During a Monday to Friday working week, based in the amazing Newcastle office, in summary but not limited to, you will be
- Undertaking both residential and commercial property acquisition surveys
- Prepare schedules of dilapidations
- Prepare schedules of condition
- Defect inspections, dilapidations and project work
- Schedule works, tender and manage projects
- Adaptable to take on new service streams to meet client demand
- Communicating clearly with clients and advise on defects and repairs
- Working with a range of building types from different periods, including listed buildings
What you will have
- A degree in Building Surveying
- MRICS level accreditation
- Experience in both residential and commercial building surveying
- An eagerness to seek out new opportunities
- Established interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- A commercially aware outlook, with an ability to network
