Property Sales Manager – Huddersfield – £27,000 - £30,000 basic plus commission

You will be working with an award winning Independent Estate Agency who have branch coverage across West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester. This position is based in Huddersfield.
This role has come available due to a recent acquisition and the business are constantly on the lookout for ways to grow, so this is an exciting team to be part of.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to progress their Estate Agency career and learn from a very successful Director.

What you will be doing
In the main part, keeping on top of the sales operation and helping/mentoring other members of the team.
You will be a senior figure in the office to offer assistance and your experience every step of the way. As we know, some tricky situations can occur in the property world, so your expertise will be needed to handle these sorts of things.
- Preparing for a valuation by conducting research on pricing and market trends
- Getting involved in registering sellers and buyers, booking viewings and valuations, negotiating offers and sales progression
- Getting properties ready to hit the market by taking various details of the property including measurements, floorplans and photos
- Actioning a robust follow-up process to ensure all new listing opportunities are fully exercised
- Giving expert advice to sellers and landlords to ensure the correct levels of interest to achieve a sale or let
- Regular business generation to find new valuations and listing opportunities
- Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office, mentoring and training junior members of staff
What you will have
- Experience in Estate Agency is essential
- Proven track record of successfully listing properties
- A genuine hunger to earn
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car
- Previous management experience desirable
