Relationship Manager (Auctions) – London - £55,000 - £67,000 OTE

Representing one the most exciting and innovative groups in the Property Sector, this position is ideal if you are a Sales Valuer, Sales Manager or Branch Manager and have been thinking about what the next step in your career is.

Based from home and covering a patch across Central London, you will help to improve and maintain the relationship between this Auction company and their partner Estate Agents, which will ultimately lead to more revenue for all!

What you will be doing

Covering a patch across Central London, you will be developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with partner agents by regularly conducting branch visits and being in communication with them over the phone, email and video call.

  • You will deliver training and coaching sessions to maximise the level of auction activity, always identifying opportunities for growth and developing partner plans to deliver the revenue targets
  • You will regularly collate and present detailed Management Information to key stakeholders within our client's group
  • You will manage your own diary efficiently and effectively to enable you to provide the service levels and to achieve a minimum number of pre-agreed appointments

In this position you will be able to use all the experience and skill set you have gained in your current and previous roles in Estate Agency. At the same time you will have control of your weekends as the role is Monday – Friday and be part of the market leaders who supply into Estate Agency!

What you will have

  • Experience working in Estate Agency
  • Track record of smashing targets and delivering results
  • Ability to motivate and coach Estate Agents
  • Excellent and engaging presentation skills
  • Comfortable in speaking to both large and small audiences for carrying out training
  • The ability to effectively work remotely
