What you’ll be doing

• Utilise various channels, including online research, social media, networking, and prospecting, to identify and qualify potential sellers and landlords interested in property offerings
• Handle incoming enquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information and guidance to potential clients
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring a positive and informative experience for clients
• Utilise your natural flair for negotiation and exceptional influencing skills to secure favourable terms for both buyers and sellers
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and tracked efficiently
• Provide regular reports on lead generation progress, opportunities, and challenges, allowing for data-driven decision-making

What you’ll have

• In depth understanding of the Property industry
• Experienced in managing a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Full UK driving licence and own car
• Previous experience working in BTR sector desirable
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching and exceeding targets
• A passion for the property sector and a desire to learn and grow in this field
