We now seek an experienced Property Sales Progression Manager, based in Manchester, to join this highly successful residential property sales business.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing the Sales Progression process across a large number of transactions, ensuring timely completions and maximising client satisfaction
• Providing updates throughout the process to all parties concerned
• Regularly liaising with Solicitors, Agents, Developers and Surveyors
• Monitoring and reporting on milestones

What Skills Do You Need?

• Previous experience of Sales Progression is essential
• Must be able to manage a large volume of transactions and remain calm under pressure
• Have experience of using CRM databases
• Must be able to work to strict deadlines
