Sales Valuer – Liverpool - Up to £35,000pa + £45,000pa Uncapped OTE

A tremendous opportunity to join one of the North West's leading independent Estate Agencies as a Sales Valuer based in Liverpool.

Based in the Allerton area, this is an extremely busy role, where no two days are the same!

• Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting valuations, negotiating terms of sale and bringing new instructions to the market
• Preparing and updating marketing materials
• Driving the business forward with self-generated listings

What you will have

• Proven experience in property valuations
• Management experience would be advantageous but not essential
• Excellent knowledge of the property market and regulations
• Full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
