Senior Property Lawyer - Cardiff / Hybrid - Up to £45,000pa

We now seek an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join the team at this highly successful firm based in Cardiff, with the benefit of some hybrid working patterns.

The Job

• Managing your own caseload of up to 50 files
• Managing the Conveyancing process from inception to completion
• Liaising with all parties concerned when required

About You

• Must be a proven Conveyancing Fee Earner with a strong track record in the sector
• Must have previous experience of managing your own caseload
• Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with a Law Degree is preferred, but now essential
