Property Investment Sales Consultant – Manchester - Up to £30,000pa + £120,000pa OTE

Are you an experienced Property Sales Negotiator looking to make some serious commissions in property sales? 

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join a growing property investment group.

What you will be doing

• Building relationships with investors and homebuyers selling to a rapidly growing database
• Progressing and closing sales
• Selling of luxury, new build apartments to investors
• Passionate about securing clients, the right investment property for their needs and you should take pride in your service being second to none

What you will have

• Previous experience of working in the property investment/buy-to-let market is preferred but not essential
• Experienced property sales background with a proven track record
• Highly target driven with the ability to produce results
• Full UK driving license
• Good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTV etc)
• Excellent negotiation skills and understanding of basic legal contracts and sales agreements
