Property Sales Negotiator – Leeds - £25,000 - £35,000 basic PLUS HUGE comms

You’ll be joining a supportive and friendly team with a work hard / play hard attitude at a successful firm, who are offering a generous salary and commission structure.

• Plus an excellent monthly commission structure, OTE £60,000 - £80000
• Monday to Thursday 9am – 5:30pm, Friday 9am-5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm

What you’ll be doing

• You will mostly be in house dealing with quick sale enquiries, converting them into instructions and managing the process through to completion
• The role is specifically property sales and progression, liaising with homeowners who need to achieve a quick house sale and dealing with new enquiries through to completion
• The firm advertise nationally and there will be a large number of Quick Sale leads provided on a daily basis
• Managing your own case files and generating new business through converting the leads provided

What you will have

• A background/knowledge of property/estate agency ideal but not essential
• Confident with the ability to generate new business
