Conveyancing Assistant - Liverpool - £30,000pa

Working alongside the team of Conveyancers, you will assist in managing varied caseload from inception to completion.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with fee earning work undertaken by colleagues in the Conveyancing team
• Providing constant updates to clients on matters, as well as dealing with any queries
• Preparing and amending legal documents 
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Legal research including Title Checking
• Complying with AML Regulations and all other relevant rules, regulations and legislation

What you will have

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal
• Previous experience using a case management system is beneficial
