Conveyancing Assistant (Post Completions) - Liverpool - £28,000pa

If you’re already working in Residential Conveyancing with a good knowledge of the Post Completion process, then this is the role for you!

Based in Liverpool, this successful firm of Solicitors now seek an experienced Conveyancing professional to join them in the Post Completions team.

What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with all Post Completion activities, including submitting legal documents and updating client and lender files
• Dealing with all post completion requirements from Freeholders and Management companies
• Liaising with clients and other professionals
• Ensuring confidentiality at every stage
• Complying with AML Regulations and all other relevant rules, regulations and legislation

What you will have

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in Residential Conveyancing
• Previous experience using a case management system is beneficial
