Conveyancing Fee Earner - Derby - £35,000pa to £60,000pa DOE + Profit Share

We now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join this highly respected law firm in Derby.

On offer is a market leading salary of up to £60,000pa depending on experience, plus profit share, so we are keen to hear from experienced Residential Conveyancers at all levels.

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing varied caseload of residential transactions
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Manage your dedicated Paralegal
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules
• Undertake general administration duties, using a high degree of self-management and initiative
• Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information

What you will have

• Must have experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• Ideally be either a Licensed Conveyancer or Solicitor, but this is not essential
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
