Property Sales Progressor – Tarporley – Up to £35,000pa

An outstanding and experienced Property Sales Progressor is now required to join one of Cheshire's most prestige independent Estate Agencies.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, progressing the sales of some of the regions most prestigious residential properties.

What you’ll be doing

• Progressing the sales on a manageable pipeline of around 30 of residential properties, ensuring timely and smooth transactions
• Liaising with all parties concerned including vendors, purchasers, solicitors, financial advisors, and other estate agents
• Organising access requests, dealing with surveys and re-negotiations when needed, along with assisting clients with any queries

What you will have

• Experience of working in Property Sales Progression, along with a good understanding of the processes involved
• Be organised and process driven, able to multi-task and prioritise
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Experience of working at the very top end of the residential market is preferred, but not essential
